Biography Highlight
Li Jiheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Guigang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. He was born in 1957, joined the CPC in 1976, studied at Guangxi University from 1976 to 1979, and started to work in 1979. He is a postgraduate of the Party school and a senior economist. Li has held leading government posts in Pingnan county and Guiping county from 1987 to 1991. In the mid-1990s, he served as secretary of the CPC committees of Yulin city and Nanning city. In 2001 he was elected chairman of the standing committee of the Nanning City People's Congress.
